Government allowances and concessions are often overlooked which means that .you may not be receiving the maximum entitled to you. Age Pension age
Age Pension age is:
65 years and 6 months, if you were born between 1 July 1952 and 31 December 1953
66 years, if you were born between 1 January 1954 and 30 June 1955
66 years and 6 months, if you were born between 1 July 1955 and 31 December 1956.
From 1 July 2023, Age Pension age will be 67 years, if you were born on or after 1 January 1957.

ACAT assesses the medical, physical, cultural, psychological and social care needs of frail older persons to help them access a range of Australian Government-subsidised aged care services.

NDIS
If you’ve been receiving NDIS support services before you turn 65, you can continue to receive the same services. But if you’ve developed a disability past the age of 65, you’ll need to access My Aged Care systems. To find out more, we suggest visiting the My Aged Care website or the NDIS website.
